How can I get any assistance?? I've called the customer service line and visited the local store.
Why is it that everytime you call the customer service number, you can never get anyone that speaks and can communicate in the basic English language? Why do you get stalled with customer service (over the phone and in person at the local store) so they can stretch you past your 30 say trial so that you are locked in and have to pay a termination fee, although you are still waiting on an answer on how they messed up in the first place?
This is definitely bad business practices and most folks that you talk with have similiar experiences with xfinity/comcast.
