I will move out in 4 weeks and would like to stop my service then.
I tried it online today and it said its cancelled now. But I still need my service!!!
How can I change it? I can not get anybody on a chat.

We can process disconnects same day, so we typically recommend putting in the disconnect request within a week (or a few days even) from the day that you'd like service to stop. We will be sorry to see you go! Are you currently without service?
