None of the avenues for support are working and when I try to manage my services it says I can't because I have Netflix on my account and directs me to support. The only option I have when I get there, besides the knowledge bases, is to chat. The chats always end with them informing me that I can't contact support because of the volume and my issue being low priority.
Explain how I am supposed to manage my account? Amazingly I had no issue chatting with a rep when going through the sales process for an upgrade, but now that it is upgraded and I am unable to do what that rep told me to do, I can't actually make changes to my account?
