Hotspot making me pay for it but I pay for Xfinity.
I pay for the internet service, and that comes with free access supposedly. I got on my computer this morning only to be disconnected from both the 'xfinitywifi' and 'XFINITY', and when I tried to sign back in it was opting to give me a 'one-hour free pass'. During this quarantine period, I'm quarantined in a place other than my house that does not have internet so I've had to opt for the hotspot that I do not want to pay for. As it is, the hotspot is extremely unreliable and unstable at most times, constant dips and drops and from past experience buying it allows for days without any connection at all. I hope someone can help me on this matter.
