I will not be referring anyone to Xfinity. By far the worst customer service I have ever exerienced in my life. I have had xfinity for 5 days my cable is already acting up. I called customer service 2 people hung on me. Then one guy was being snappy and wanted to charge me for sending a tech out to resolve their issues. The etch was schedule to come out and never showed up, called or anything. I'm still waiting on a tech and noone has called or showed up. This is ridiculous. I am now getting quotes from our Fios represenative from the brand new luxury apartment homes i am currenlt a leasing agent at. I will not be referring any of our upcoming residents to XFinity.
