I have been complaining since February!! My service goes out 5 to 10 times a day, EVERY DAY! I am so over you wanting me to reset my modem, it never makes a difference. You want to charge me to have someone come out here and fix it but there is absolutley no fault on my part. Your service is HORRIBLE!! Please tell me how to remedy the BAD service without any cost to myself. I do not have time (as I sit here now waiting on hold to try to speak with a real person) to deal with your short falls. I am sure you do not care about my business because I am one of thousands. But I pay good money for better service and it is nothing but HORRIBLE!!!
