Horrible service

Horrible service

We signed up for service in October. Since then we have had intermittent service disruptions. No phone, internet, tv. Had several tech visits and was told it was outside the house. Situation was elevated to maintenance department. A supervisor was to contact me to explain problems. No one has contacted as of today. I cannot take this annoying issues, and will probably switch. What a joke...
