Horrible experience

I ordered service last Tuesday and was given service. Now today, a week later the service is turned off claiming an old bill was found a “week” later. SSN was given when initially activating service and everything was fine. How is it that a week later you find a bill from another state and how is it your system isn’t linked with very state you do business in? This is the worst experience that I have ever seen by a company. Also I purchased a modem from Amazon and now I have to see if I can return it since I have no use for it now due to your bad business practices
