Why do you NOT show up for appointments? 

Why don't you know how to run cables in a new build? 

Why did I get 5 different answers this morning?

Why do I have to wait for an answer when it was your fault?

Who is going to pay for the contractor and electrician Xfinity said had to be there? When you were a no show?

I am upset and will continue to complain!

I want answers now
