Horrible customer service

On the phone for over an hour about a duplicate modem charge since 7/2016. First I was told they can see I returned the equipment and was only getting $66 credited then a supervisor told me that I never returned the equipment but she would credit me a max $100. Then a manager name Patrick hung up on me because I told him I wanted to file a complaint because I was told different info by each person I talked to and I wasn’t getting my full refund back( Patrick said that was my fault) and he wouldn’t give me a confirmation of refund/credit to my account. He said he noted my account about the complaint and hung up on me.

Have you already went to on your device and entered the on-screen room code to pair the device?
