Horrible Website

So it tells me to get ahold of Comcast but only has a calling option. I don't feel like being on hold for an hour or two, is there any way to open a ticket online, or is the customer "support" you answering your own questions?

I am pretty sure the website only allows you to schedule a callback or initiate a chat. Have you tried doing either of those? Additionally, have you tried contacting Comcast via the methods outlined here: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account/ANSWERED-How-to-contact-Comcast/ta-p/3053370
