Horrible Customer Service around a Billing Credit for returned Cameras
I'm trying to figure out why the $200 credit for the Home Security Cameras that I returned within the 30 day return window has not been credited. I was told numerous times that I would get a refund for them (including before I actually returned them) however when it comes to actually getting the refund I'm getting the runaround. This is getting very tiresome and horrible customer service. I was also charged the full amount for them after I returned them even though I was at beginning of a 6 month payment plan... I should not have to spend my time repeatedly to have to keep begging for the credit to be applied... In addition to being out $200 up front for something I returned.
Ever since I signed up with Comcast in December, I have been feeling the horrible customer service I had heard about prior to being a customer. Overall this has been an awful experience
