I had an install scheduled by phone for Saturday august 24th 2019 and no one showed up, furthermore the agent rescheduled me for a time I didn’t even know about! No communication and zero care for the customer. I run a small business out of my house and I’m gonna lose my first major deal because of Comcast and their lack of care for their customers, thanks for nothing!

Sorry to read about your experience. I have had several less than productive calls into the "help" line. I happen to agree with you, horrible company. And a fish stinks from the head: Upper Management is terrible. Take full price and not one of them care if the equipment they sell us actually works. Good luck
