We have been unable to use our home security system for a month now.
I am VERY disappointed in xfinity's ability to send a qualified technichian out to repair it.
We have had 2 different tech's out and it's still not working!!
Can't reach a real person and the automated system is horrible!!!
We have been comcast customers for over 25years and we're about to stop being one because of the way this is being handled. Yes, we're in a pandemic, but you could atleast prove to people that you truly are dedicated to helping. Automated systems are not DEDICATION to your customers!!!
