I am a 20 year customer with comcast/Xfinity. Best in the business. I say I'm hijacked they say reset my modem. As I'm on the phone with them the hijacker is deleting their footprint and changing password. So my increase in cost is for a terrible ivr and to have a cyber security team tell me what tech tells me and then say we can't do what they do we need to transfer you
