We have been customers of Comcast for at least 35 years and once again our rates have gone up. It is to the point that we are looking at other options such as dish tv. It seems that new customers are treated with prices that are a fraction of what we pay. Doesn't customer loyalty mean anything??? Help, Comcast!!! It looks like you may lose us as a customer.
