Does anyone actually get any help from the customer service center? I wanted to start a new service and it has become such a nightmare that I finally gave up and went back to my old service. It takes an hour to get through and the reps don’t seem to know anything—at least they contradict each other. Now we can not get help, the manager never called us back and we have finally given up on new service. We will keep the old one, as even if it’s more expensive, we actually get help.
