I cannot afford to continue paying over $200/month for tv & internet.

I want to:

1) Begin process to return my comcast modem rental; I am purchasing my own. Please provide list of all rental items that you have associated with my account. (I have the old Xfinity cable box that needs to be returned as well. )

2) Find out how much it would be to downgrade to the Starter 140+ channels. And depending on the cost, either opt for that or remove cable from my account.
