Help with property damage

Help with property damage

Comcast contractors came onto our property, without permission, have cause significant damage.  I've tried calling the normal customer service number for assistance, but got nowhere.  Is there a damage claim email address, or customer advocacy group that I can contact in order to file a claim and get some real help?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
