Help with Xfinity gift cards!!

I have contacted both Xfinity Mobile and the Gift Card company in regards to the 3 $300 gift cards for activating 3 lines starting back in August 2018. Each blames the other. I was given a January 2 resolution date, however still no change. 

 

Please help!
