Help! My bill just went up by 13% - too expensive!

I currently have a Triple Play HD Premire Sports Bundle. The total price went from $201.34 last month to $227.77 on my current bill!

These annual increase are just too much to continue remaining a subscriber. I need a better deal or I'll have to start looking at going with internet only and streaming options. Can someone help me?

You won't get any help.  I was just on hold with a rep and just to be told that my current bill is the cheapest.  Yet at the same time there is a promotiom for cheaper on the website.  I wanted to get internet only to see if I can get it cheaper.  But they are just going to play games with you, make you run in circles with lies, making you wait on hold longer for ABSOLUTELY no reason at all.  As far as I can tell, customer service is a joke and are probably told to play games with you on purpose so you will get tired of it and just forget about it.  What you see on the website is what you get... Pay or leave...  I suggestion looking for cheaper and leave... When I get a chance, I will do the same.

The official response is, "After looking at your account, unfortunately I don't have any promotions to offer for your Triple Play at this time."

That's what you get for over 30 years of paying your bill in full and on time. Your days of controlling this market are numbered, Comcast.
