Help Downgrading to Internet Only

(Or re-upping at a better rate than the current offers of INTERNET + TV)

 

My 12-month contract is concluding next month. I am considering downgrading from Cable and Internet to Internet only, but price plans do not show for that option regarding existing customers. I receive the following message when ticking the Internet box only "We don’t have anything quite like that, but you might be interested in these similar offers available in your neighborhood."

 

Can someone from Comcast please send me a private message or provide instructions to accomplish this online, if possible? I would like preferably someone who knows the details of my account to contact me as opposed to calling and consuming time on both ends.

Since I have not heard from anyone, I attempted to browse downgrade options and ran into the same limitations. I prefer written communication as opposed to verbal for documentation purposes, so calling is not a reliable option in this regard.
