Last week someone came out to replace our cable line that was bad. They left it laying across our entire backyard. We were told someone would be out in a few days to bury it and fix the connection from a 2 split to a 3. We called today because no one came out and were told it would be a month. This is not acceptable! It is a tripping hazard to our 3 children. I am not sure how you expect us to cut our grass. This type of customer service is unbelievable to me. I need to know how to get someone out here in a timely manner. For the rates you charge I should not have to wait for service for over a month (if that is even accurate). I have heard from others on facebook that these issues have happened to others and months go by.
