Harrasment from automated chat and forced equipment

Why am I being forced to receive eqipment when I SPECIFICALLY asked to not have the eqipment?

So it is included with the plan but I asked them not to deliver. NOW MY FAMILY MUST BE UNNCECSSARILY EXPOSED because Comcast decided to deliver a streaming device that is included with the plan BUT I asked them to NOT deliver it because I DON'T WANT IT. I DON'T NEED IT!!!!!!!

 

COVID-19 exposure because it's included but I DON'T WANT IT!!!

 

Chat is only automated now so it is worthless!!!!!!!!!!

I can't stop the shipment because NOBODY IS IN THE BUILDING FOLKS.

 

I love the internet service and the ACTUAL people who have helped me have been great but the system is rigged to deliver the virus to your door step.

 

Who whill help???
