I have been a comcast customer for a few years now, i have been hard disconnected from what they told me i was told if i pay the past due balance my service would be restored and so i paid now they are saying i need to apply a $100 deposit or due a credit check

That could be a possibility for anyone who has been continuously behind in payments in the past.

But they didnt tell me that when they asked me to make a payment they said would i like to get my service restored
