I transferred my service recently because I moved to a new house within the same city and ever since I moved, I haven't been able to access HBO Go even though I have an HBO subscription on my account. When I select Xfinity for sign-in on HBO's site, it takes me to a Comcast page saying I need to add HBO to my service. If I look up my account, it shows that HBO is already there. I have the feeling my account wasn't set up correctly when I transferred to this house. Internet is working fine. Is there anyone that can look at my account?
