I had a green utility pedestal installed on my new construction property the other day. They destroyed the beautiful sod around it and did a poor job at cleaning it up. I am also unsure why it was put in its location versus the community property 10 feet closer to the street. I asked the builder about it but they said I had to contact Xfinity about it. Is there any way to have this utility box moved to a better location?

I can help address both of your concerns. As for the damage to the lawn, I can open a damage claim. In regard to the utility pole, I can submit a request to see if there is another location that is can be relocated to.
