I have been unable to get a billing issue resolved for my 93 year old grandmother. She was charged by Comcast for 5 years for boxes that were returned in 2015. I was finally able to get Comcast to acknowledge this today and they took the boxes off and they were only willing to refund her for 4 months. I have spent time on the phone, been disconnected, and then chatted on your xfinity assistant with no response today trying to make this right. To say that I am frustrated is beyond frustrating. Please tell me how to get in contact with a supervisor who can fix this unacceptable billing issue.
