I’d like to find out if I’m eligible for Gigabit Pro (2Gbps Symmetrical Fiber). The Xfinity website shows that my location is eligible, but when I call I’m not able to reach a representative familiar with this product. I’m currently on the Gigabit plan looking to upgrade to Gigabit Pro, fully aware of the costs and time involved.
