I'm due a $200 gift card from my Samsung purchase back in November. I keep getting told its shipped. I've been told this 3 times now. After the first time they said actually it never shipped, then she said she was shipping it at that time. I went in vacation came back and was told a manager would call me. Nobody ever did a month passed I called they said this time it shipped June 12,2018 and I still have not gotten it. How long does this take?
