***Gift Card Scam***

This is my second post and hopefully this one doesn't get deleted like my last one. I was promised two giftcards. A $500 gift card for staying with comcast and getting the mobilephone phones, and a $200 giftcard for they type of phone I received (samsung) 6months later.. no cards.. I'm stuck in contracts with my phones and they got me again.... I hate I fell for their lies and promises. I've called several times... spoke to countless people... promised call backs... emails.. and nothing... but let me me late paying my bill... i have had comcast over 6yrs and pay them over $500 per month. I do know feel that they should treat me like this... every chance I get im gonna write how terrible a company they are.

In order to qualify for a Visa Rewards Card the following conditions must be met:
 
  • You must be a new customer
  • You must sign up for a qualifying bundle with no modifications
  • You must make full payment on time for 90 days (no late pays)
 
Please note that this card comes with an expiration date

Yes I am aware of what is needed.. I have completed the necessary requirements multiple times... everytime comcast reaches out to me they say they finna look into it.. and again no response.... I have over 15 ticket numbers.... non have answers why I haven't received my gift cards
