Getting rid of phone service

I want to know how I can get rid of phone service on my plan. My triple play package expired back in december and I am paying almost $200.00 a month now and I dont use it at all anymore. I used it maybe 10-15times in the 2 yrs that I have had it and now it is not even hooked up.
