Getting new service to my home

Comcast has told me they cannot serve my home.  I have called back probably a dozen times asking for a quote on what it would take to get service to my home (Ticket #1690005), i am willing to help pay for it.  crickets.  every time.  The sales team will not let me talk to the construction team and the construction team will not call me.  Can you please give me a phone number on someone i can work with to make this happen?  We do not have great cell phone service and working from home (corona virus mandate) is killing us with a hotspot.  Can anyone PLEASE help us.  Not to mention the fact i have been a loyal Comcast customer for years...

You're probably going to need a site survey.  However, getting one and then having a estimate of construction costs and then if approved and paid for and then being installed will take quite a bit of time, so be prepared to wait even longer.


Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
