have been dealing with an open case for technical support for THREE WEEKS. Something that can be solved in three minutes if there is ever a chance to get part the person who takes the call. Does anyone have a LEVEL 2 support number that can be reached? It is tiring and frustrating working with Comcast on a normal day, but the challenges of the pandemic have made this an impossible task.
I am not sure I am allowed to post numbers here and the numbers I have are old. With this coronavirus mess I doubt there is anyone there to answer. This absolutly a horrible situation. Xfinity/comcast is not performing well. I have gotten better service from other companies when asking for service/help, my broker, my doctor and 911 services. About the only service that is doing worse than comcast is the Federal Government. For me no stim check, no unemployment and no testing unless you are already sick.
