Frustrated

I received an email about on demand charges that i did not authorize. The email told you to click here if this was the case, I did was directed to a BOT that could not help me. Then when I called they redirected me to the BOT. I understand this is a pandemic, however, my bill is already TOO High and you want to tac on 54.00 more dollars to the bill. I am considering other options for my cable, internet, and phone options.😠 I can get ZERO help!!!!!!!
