I want to express my frustation. I have been a loyal customer for so many years and pay always on time. It is not fair that there is always offers for NEW customers but for loyal customers there is NONE. I call every month to see if I can get any discount at all or a good offer even tho that envolves 1y or 2 y contract and there is nothing. My bill keep going up and I can barely keep up with the budget. It just went up again. I'll have to stop the service and move with a different company like 2 of my colleagues has done for the same thing. I think you are loosing people just because your terrible customer service. If I don't get a better deal this month, sadly I'll have to go. I like comcast I have 2 services Internet and Home becuase I don't need anything else but I can't keep paying SOOOO much for it.
