Forced to cancel by phone. Cancelled April 22, and I am still showing active
Hello. It only gives you the option to chat for basic questions. When I asked chat bot to cancel services, it redirected me to do so on the phone. After long wait, I got through and they sounded pretty knowledgeable and understood I wanted the account closed. They said fine, you will get back a balance of $1 and some change for the cancellation. My account it still active, and they have a bill up. What should I do?
