Final balance

Final balance

When it came time to swap billing cards, I was never able to do so. I'm blue trying to find my ending balance till close account. But one place says I have a balance and another spot says I have a zero balance. which to believe.

The My Account app is the best place to look for your account's current balance. However, I would be more than happy to review your bill with you and help clarify any questions/concerns you may have about it.
