Hello, need help to file a property damage claim as a result of a Comcast service employee.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

Hello ComcastTambrey, 

After looking through the Forum it seemed like writing here may be the quickest way to get a response (couldn't find the option for a DM) -- I also have a damage claim to file. Could you let me know the best option? Have tried the phone but that wasn't working.
