I had a technician come to my home for a Saturday appt I think in July. He asked me if he could drill one hole in my hardwood floor. I agreed to his request. When he left, I had three drilled holes, no service, and he suggested I return the equipment. I need to hear from someone ASAP as I also plan to file a complaint regarding this issue and other custmer service issues.
