Have had issues with intermittent/unreliable internet service since a “new” line was run to my jump pole from the street last year. Today the “new” line fell off the jump pole breaking my gutters on the way down and laying in the street in a busy neighborhood. Not only does my service not constitute what I pay, but even the hard wiring of lines seems to difficult for Comcast. When will these shenanigans ever end? Need these issues and my bill corrected promptly.
