False Promises

On August 31, 2018 I called Xfinity customer service and was talking to a service rep. Our internet was out and we discussed about how to get it fix up. Apprently it was there problem and he said he will send a tech guy over free of charge on September 6. Afterwards I noticed a 60$ charge on my bill for the tech visit. He gave me a reference and promised me that I wouldn’t be charged for it.
He gave me CRCharlieRobert 801451296 and 246324
Not sure which is the reference number but he gave me those numbers and said if I was charged these are the reference numbee
