My internet went down almost 3 months ago, and Comcast ran a new feeder cable down my street to the box in front of my house. This cable crosses a number of driveways and yards. I have called in no less than 10 times to have it addressed, and have also tried a few times via chat. Nothing has been done.
Comcast - You have 2 weeks to bury the cable. FIOS was installed on my street last year, but I stayed with Comcast and have been happy with the service (until now). It has now been 10-weeks of trying to have the cable burried. If it is not burried by the end of August, I will switch to FIOS. I am done trying to call and resolve.
