A tech recently fixed a minor problem w/my TV reception. During that service, he DESTROYED the plastic box attached to my house ( where the cable comes from the pole to the house).
He just left it broken...no apology....no plan to fix it................just drove away.
I called "customer service" (what a joke) to get it fixed.
It is now 3 days & 5 phone calls later with NO progress. Lots of promises though.
I had to cover the broken box with plastic bags to protect it from the rain.
Can ANYBODY fix this ?????
The box is a security device -there is nothing in the box that isn't weatherproof. It still needs to be repaired though.
