Hi all, not sure if anyone else has had this experience but I was looking at my account today and noticed that there was an extra cable box on my account. I only have one cable box. I contacted support over chat who said it was a mistake and they would remove the extra box (I saved the transcript and the agent gave me the chat ID) in May.
The box is still on my account and I'm being charged for it. I'm wondering how widespread this problem is and if there are steps I can take with Comcast to get it removed. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
