I called this morning to get an extension so I could get service restored. There was a billing issue and they wound up crediting my account the entire amount due but for $20 remaining. I was told it had to be credited to my card and not the phone bill. Because of your billing issues i can't get my service restored. I asked for 4 days and I would pay the entire amount and was told no.


I cannot believe you think this is good customer service. I was laid off from my job and without a phone i am unable to look for work or respond to prospects. I Get a severance on Friday and could pay then. You cannot tell me this could not be done.


I have put in an order to transfer to AT&T and will transfer my service once my bill is paid. I will no longer recommend Xfinity, this is horrible service and i am appalled.
