Exposed Outdoor cable

My internet works but my buried cable has somehow become exposed. I tried web chatting with xfinity but I am unable to get a human agent. It keeps routing me to self help when I type chat with a human agent.


Last time I called I was on hold for 45 minutes.


Is there an easy way to report this? I don't want to be on hold an hour.


This seems like terrible support.
