Expired contract, terrible deals only offered to existing, loyal customers?

Expired contract, terrible deals only offered to existing, loyal customers?

How is it possible to offer existing customers such terrible deals after years of loyalty and give new customers tons of offers?

Literally give you no choice but to cancel services and start over.  Dont understand how that makes any business sense to punish people for being loyal customers.  Went through 3 levels of management on chat and literally got nowhere.  Guess I have to cancel?
