I clicked on my account button to modify my plan. I found out that all plans are for new customers only, which one does not see until you click on service details and more information. It certainly does not make it easy for existing customers to have choices to modify their plan to fit their circumstances without being forced to call customer service and get a sales pitch for a triple play plan that includes voice, which I don't need. Come on, is there a better solution for existing customers?
