My bill is insane and I've tried a few times to get ahold of Comcast to get a reasonable promotion. I'm also interested in Xfinity Mobile but I was told 'oh that's separate, so we can't help with your Cable/Internet/TV/Security bill. I saw similar messages in this forum and it seems Comcast employees ask you to private message them, but it doesn't work. I get a blank page and can't message them.
I'm so fed up... here I am trying to give a company more business and they make it too hard.
